  1. What materials do you use in your products?
    All of our products are made with quality materials. We only use quality materials so our products will last and you get your monies worth and can enjoy it for years to come. The wreaths only have premium deco mesh, florals, and embellishments. The candle holders use crystals that sparkle. No plastic or acrylic anything is used on our glam products. All of our bows are made with quality wired ribbon. Very little is made with non-wired ribbon.
  2. Do you accept custom orders?
    We do accept custom orders. Turn time can up to 3 weeks depending on when the supplies get to our shop. 50% down payment deposit is required on all custom orders to be able to order supplies. Supplies won't be ordered until that is paid. If the remaining is not paid when the item is finished it will be put into our stock in our shop to sell. No refunds on the deposit.
  3. How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs vary. It's going to depend on when you want to receive it and the size of the package. Shipping is all calculated by weight and zip code. For a quote on what shipping would be go to the shop and click on a product. It will tell you what the shipping will be in your area.
  4. Do you ship International?
    At this time we do not ship Internationally. It is too costly to be able to ship our items.
  5. Do you have tutorials we can see?
    Yes I do. You can see them on my YouTube channel located here I also do live videos on my Facebook business page. Click on the Facebook icon to follow my page.
  6. Do you spray your wreaths to keep them from fraying?
    We do not spray our wreaths. With deco mesh it is inevitable that it will fray. The spray can turn the mesh into a green color. To keep your wreath from fraying don't mess with it as much as possible.
  7. How are your products packed?
    Our wreaths are zip tied to the box they are shipped in so they do not move during shipping. The same with the bows. The glam decor is bubble wrapped in put in a box with foam peanuts to cushion them while being shipped. If they are broken during shipping for some reason we can replace them or refund the money for them. Pictures of the damage are required for a refund.
  8. How do I care for my wreath once I get it?
    A wreath care instructions sheet is put in every box when the wreath is shipped but if you need a copy it is on the homepage at the bottom of the page.
